Pune : MIM Lok Sabha prospect Anis Sundke has declared that a memorial to Tipu Sultan might be built in Pune.
Reacting to this, BJP City Unit President Dheeraj Ghate claimed, “We will not allow the memorial to get designed on Pune’s land underneath any circumstances. We're going to lodge a law enforcement grievance With this regard.”

Ghate reported, “The BJP strongly opposes the proposed memorial to Tipu Sultan. He tortured the Hindus. Ghate explained, “Pune is referred to as a cultural centre. a lot of historic personalities were connected with it. Tipu Sultan was not an awesome chief.
